Teared Skirt

I seen this skirt soooo many times and the design of it REALLY intimidated me. LUCKILY, I decided to actually try it and realized it was not that hard. Kayla Duong on YT has a tutorial for this and she explains it in a way that even a beginner could make this. I HIGHLY recommend this project. I mad
